Shipping & Returns
[Mommycare 100% Refund Policy]
1. Return Shipping Costs — Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address — Items must be sent directly to the Mommycare warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period — Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All exchanges and returns must be approved by the Mommycare Customer Center and requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Mommycare is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.

1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.
2. Shipping to P.O. Box addresses and APO, FPO, and AE addresses is not supported at the moment.
3. Once the delivery begins, you can track the process via email with a tracking number.
