Mommy Care currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Processing Time

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

- United States: approximately 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Method

- All orders are shipped via U.S. domestic carriers.

- The carrier may vary depending on logistics conditions.


5. Shipping Address & Liability Disclaimer

- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

- For business addresses, delivery attempts made outside of operating hours may result in delays or delivery issues.
We strongly recommend using a residential address to ensure smooth delivery.

- Once an order is marked as delivered and delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier,
Mommy Care is not responsible for any loss, theft, or missing packages occurring after delivery.

- In such cases, customers are advised to contact:
