Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Mommy Care accepts return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unopened and unused

  • All original packaging and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

However, if the product is determined to be defective after review by Mommy Care,
a return may be approved as an exception, even if the item has been opened or used.


2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos or videos if the issue involves defects, damage, or malfunction

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used
    (except in cases where a defect is confirmed by Mommy Care)

  • Personal care or beauty products once unsealed

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

  • For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can assist you promptly.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered and delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier,
Mommy Care is not responsible for any loss, theft, or missing packages after delivery.

In such cases, customers are advised to contact:

  • the shipping carrier, or

  • their payment provider or card issuer

to file a claim directly.
